Our Pastor
Pastor James Fulleylove grew up in an old farm house in Voorhees New Jersey. He can best be described as a hard working, down to earth preacher, with a love for God and his fellow man. He and his wife Bonnie were high school sweethearts and were married June 16th, 1979.
Pastor Fulleylove was saved May 21st, 1983 while recovering from an operation in the hospital. His wife was saved shortly thereafter and together they began to faithfully serve the Lord at Solid Rock Baptist Church under Pastor Charles Clark. During their time at Solid Rock, they grew in the Lord and their family grew one by one until they had eight children. Pastor Fulleylove was the Junior church pastor from1984-1995, and an assistant pastor from 1991-95.
The time came when God began to work in his heart about starting a church closer to the Jersey shore. While conducting research, he came across a church in Mays Landing that was closing its doors. God opened his eyes to see that Mays Landing needed a Bible believeing Baptist church in the community. Mayslanding Baptist Church had it's first service September 10th, 1995.
